Our School is located at 3 Robinson Rd in Bow, NH which makes it any easy ride from Concord, Bow, Hooksett, Dunbarton, Hopkinton, Pembroke and Allenstown.

The facility is over 2000 sq feet, fully heated, and air conditioned with ceiling fans provide a comfortable atmosphere. Our floor is covered with 1.5 inch mats There are also two bathrooms where you are welcome to change into or out of your exercise attire.
